This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• The position involves direct interaction with international schools, assisting in the commercial process, lead prospecting and qualification, conducting meetings via phone or video calls, and recording data and information gathered during meetings in the company's CRM and software.
• The primary focus of this role is to support our partner schools located outside of Brazil, therefore, **Spanish is essential**.
• Maintain daily productivity and sales control;
• Provide valuable inputs;
• Achieve the sales targets set for the area;
• Manage calls, written messages, and follow-ups;
• Utilize our tools for the active recruitment of schools;
• Apply recruitment arguments during the sales process;
• Contribute to increasing the satisfaction levels of prospective schools.
• Native or fluent Spanish (essential and will be tested!);
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM;
• Must be residing in Brazil at the time of hiring;
• Possess all necessary documentation to work under a formal employment contract in Brazil;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office/Drive Suite;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
