This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Experience in Salesforce projects as a **Solution Consultant**, **Functional Consultant**, **Salesforce Business Analyst**, or a similar role.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in creating functional documentation, such as:
• User Stories;
• Acceptance Criteria;
• Solution Design;
• Process Mapping;
• Business Rules Matrix;
• Functional Flows.
• Capability to assess the impact of changes on the platform, taking into account security, data, automations, integrations, and user experience.
• Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce platform governance.
• Ability to support definitions related to:
• Data Model;
• Standardization of objects and fields;
• Security and access strategy;
• Data quality and governance;
• Development lifecycle;
• Change management;
• Documentation and traceability of requirements.
• Understanding the impacts of organizational growth, technical debt, solution duplication, and future maintenance.
• Ability to guide the client on best practices and risks in solution decisions.
• Conceptual or practical knowledge of **Salesforce Data Cloud**.
• Understanding of the main components of Data Cloud, such as:
• Data Streams;
• Data Lake Objects;
• Data Model Objects;
• Identity Resolution;
• Unified Individual;
• Segmentation;
• Activation;
• Data Spaces;
• Calculated Insights.
• Ability to comprehend scenarios for data ingestion, unification, segmentation, and activation.
• Knowledge of data governance as applied to Data Cloud, including quality, consent, data origin, and proper use of information.
• Experience in projects involving customer data, 360-degree views, segmentation, or integration across multiple sources will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with **Sales Cloud** and/or **Service Cloud**.
• Knowledge in **Experience Cloud**, **Marketing Cloud**, or **Data Cloud** will be a plus.
• Ability to understand integrations between different Salesforce solutions and external systems.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of APIs, middleware, events, or integration processes.
• Ability to participate in discussions with architects and technical teams, even if not responsible for technical development.
• Knowledge of the impacts of integrations on data, performance, security, and governance.
• Experience in Salesforce projects as a **Solution Consultant**, **Functional Consultant**, **Salesforce Business Analyst**, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of the main concepts of the Salesforce platform, including:
• Standard and custom objects;
• Record Types;
• Page Layouts;
• Lightning App Builder;
• Permission Sets, Profiles, and Permission Set Groups;
• Roles, Sharing Rules, and security model;
• Flows and declarative automations;
• Validation Rules;
• Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings;
• Reports and Dashboards.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in creating functional documentation, such as:
• User Stories;
• Acceptance Criteria;
• Solution Design;
• Process Mapping;
• Business Rules Matrix;
• Functional Flows.
• Knowledge of best practices for declarative configuration, avoiding unnecessary customizations.
• Ability to assess the impact of changes on the platform, considering security, data, automations, integrations, and user experience.
• Experience in projects with multiple stakeholders, interacting with business areas, technology, architecture, product, and Salesforce teams.
