This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the expansion pipeline, ensuring the CRM is organized and up to date;
• Conduct product demonstrations, focusing on simplifying complexity and clearly showing how it will benefit the client;
• Lead negotiations on pricing, overcome objections, and support the client through to the sale closure;
• Act transparently to build trust in the technology, demystifying the product and ensuring the client understands what to expect from it (and what it does not do).
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a sales role within Customer Success (mid-level), preferably in technology companies;
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with products and solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence;
• Proficient in negotiations, connecting product features to client benefits and value delivery;
• Immediate Value Communication: ability to get straight to the point, quickly translating benefits into the client's daily routine;
• Energy and Pace: Demonstrates the necessary tempo to manage a high volume of interactions and a shorter sales cycle. Quick in response and follow-up.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.);
• Familiarity with technology and digital solutions;
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in CRMs like Pipedrive and similar;
• Analytical capabilities to interpret data and enhance processes;
• Organizational skills and effective time management;
• Negotiation skills, demonstrating the value of solutions and cost-benefit;
• Collaboration and team spirit, sharing market insights and client feedback with CSX, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Experience in sales operations within a CS and/or CSX structure, particularly in technology companies;
• Previous experience selling or implementing Chatbots, Voicebots, WhatsApp automation tools (e.g., Blip, ManyChat, Zenvia), or generative AI tools.
