This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Increase sales volume through product promotion and conducting training sessions for Caixa's partner network, thereby expanding operational scope and contributing to improved results and the achievement of the annual commercial goals;
• Identify niches and segments with potential for action to enhance sales, focusing on boosting results and meeting established targets;
• Recognize areas for improvement in processes based on feedback from salespeople and customers, aiming to enhance the experience for both;
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions aimed at maximizing reach and equipping partners to drive sales;
• Generate interest in sales by presenting the benefits of the product and the associated compensation;
• Establish and maintain relationships with the partner network through training, participation in events, effective communication across all channels, prompt responses, provision of supplementary materials, and in-person visits — ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and increased sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
• Preferred post-graduate or specialization in Business Management and Strategic Planning;
• Proven experience;
• Desired experience in the Consortium market;
• Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate or advanced level);
• Preferred PCA-10 certification;
