Consulting Practice Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Acts as the Executive Project Lead for the consulting team assigned to each client.

• Formulates recommendations and solutions tailored for client organizations.

• Performs cost analyses and develops budgets.

• Executes risk assessments and offers strategies for risk mitigation.

• Tracks project developments and informs leadership on the project's progress.

• Responds to inquiries from clients and the project team.

• Expertise in management covering marketing, strategic planning, finance, operations, statistical analysis, human resource management, and public program management.

• Proven capability to address complex business challenges.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication across all levels.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; adept in project management software.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding time management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel overnight, unaccompanied throughout the continental United States.

• Capability to lift 35 pounds.

• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
