📋 Description

• Oversee the effective implementation of intricate Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management projects, ensuring they align with workforce policies, compliance requirements, and quantifiable business results.

• Serve as a strategic consultant to senior client executives, guiding initiatives related to time and leave transformation while shaping system roadmaps that meet business objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams across various client projects, fostering excellence in delivery, collaboration, and growth of capabilities.

• Manage engagement governance, including the definition of scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while proactively addressing risks and handling escalations.

• Provide executive-level oversight on Workday Time and Absence configurations, encompassing calculation rules, accruals, time entry validations, eligibility, and compliance with absence policies.

• Collaborate across different modules and systems (such as Payroll, Scheduling, Finance) to ensure smooth integration and operational synergy.

• Assist in business development by contributing to account expansion, leading pre-sales strategies, and participating in proposals and client presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in workforce management, HCM consulting, or enterprise systems.

• At least 5 years of direct experience with Workday HCM, particularly focused on Workday Time Tracking and Absence.

• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end implementations of Workday Time and Absence, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Comprehensive understanding of labor laws, time compliance, accrual calculations, leave policies, and system integrations.

• Strong leadership and delivery management capabilities, with experience in scaling consulting teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.

• Strategic mindset and operational insight to align system design with overarching business goals.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
