This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Workday integrations for various clients.
• Ensure a smooth flow of data between different systems.
• Collect customer requirements, create scalable solutions, and troubleshoot intricate integration issues.
• Deliver new solutions by modifying and implementing existing software tools and platforms.
• Construct, test, and launch integrations using Workday Studio, core connectors, BIRT, and XSLT.
• Address daily production support tickets related to Workday integrations.
• Investigate integration failures, conduct root cause analyses, and provide feedback to management.
• Compile and create comprehensive integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to facilitate the complete integration deployment life-cycle.
• Design and maintain complex Workday reports, including custom advanced reports, BIRT reports, matrix reports, composite reports, and calculated fields, while configuring Workday business process steps.
• Assist the team with integration security audits to ensure data integrity and system security.
• Conduct regression testing on integrations during Workday releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate data delivery and management.
• Identify opportunities for client enhancements related to existing and new features introduced with new Workday releases.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday integration development, including Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java.
• Familiarity with XSLT, SOAP, and REST calls.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of one or more workflow languages (CWL, WDL, Nextflow) is a plus.
• Understanding of Workday administrative functions, including tenant configuration, data governance, security, maintenance, and system development life-cycle is beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to promote professional growth and development.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field.
