Consulting Manager – Financial Close

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive comprehensive implementations of Trintech financial software for clients, ensuring successful integration and optimal use.

• Evaluate existing financial closing procedures and pinpoint opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

• Partner with essential stakeholders, including finance teams, IT departments, and executives, to customize solutions that meet business objectives.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to guarantee seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• Offer subject matter expertise in financial closing, reconciliation, and compliance procedures.

• Facilitate training sessions and change management efforts to promote user engagement.

• Remain informed about Trintech product advancements and industry best practices to enhance client solutions.

• Assist in business development by recognizing new opportunities, creating proposals, and supporting sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on financial process optimization and software deployment.

• Familiarity with Trintech solutions (Cadency, Adra, etc.) and financial closing processes is preferred.

• Relevant experience with similar software platforms (BlackLine, Oracle Fusion, Sage, etc.) is welcomed.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address implementation challenges, with a knack for evaluating complex requirements and crafting tailored solutions.

• Strong technical skills, proficiency in various software and tools, and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Experience in leading training sessions or workshops, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to excel in a client-facing role, fostering strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
