Consulting Engineer I – Power Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the engineering resource for consulting projects related to power plant generators.

• Proactively identify development opportunities that align with Entrust's engineering services.

• Participate in management meetings to act on project objectives and plans, ensuring targets are achieved.

• Communicate any concerns regarding project scope or schedule to management.

• Seek guidance and support from experienced team members when needed.

• Engage in relevant technical discussions during client meetings.

• Maintain well-organized records of completed project tasks.

• Ensure prompt and thorough follow-up on revisions or additional requests from clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with no restrictions.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including driving to local project sites.

• Proven experience in engineering calculations and analysis.

• Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive client feedback regarding project execution.
