This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Handle incoming calls from patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
β’ Execute fundamental administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks.
β’ Respond to inquiries related to your designated area and assist with medication research.
β’ Assess calls that necessitate consultation with a pharmacist.
β’ Conduct outbound calls to patients to provide information about medication therapy management programs and arrange medication review sessions with consulting pharmacists.
β’ An active Pharmacy Technician or Tech in Training license is required in your state of residence.
β’ Experience with Technical Mail Order Pharmacy or in a Manufacturing setting is preferred.
β’ Background as a Pharmacy Technician or call center experience in a pharmacy or a related call center environment is necessary.
β’ Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry capabilities are essential.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages without any limitations or assistance.
