Consultant – Software Intralogistik

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Demonstrate your expertise in customer consulting for complex software solutions from Kardex, including Power Pick System (PPS), Kardex Drive, and Kardex Java Machine Interface (JMIF), as well as in project management.

• You possess experience and enthusiasm for leading interdisciplinary project teams, driving progress while keeping customer requirements in focus.

• You bring robust knowledge of intralogistics and small parts storage.

• You will gather individual customer requirements, analyze them, and subsequently create specifications and documentation.

• Ensure an economical and timely project execution based on the calculations, offers, and schedules you have prepared.

• Independently conduct price and contract negotiations, and also prepare commercial offers along with the necessary documentation within the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or alternatively Logistics.

• Initial experience in the implementation, configuration, or support of software solutions, as well as software sales.

• Familiarity with ERP/WaWi/LVS systems and their interface integration.

• Good knowledge of IT infrastructures and network technology within customer environments.

• Practical experience with remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer) and customer support.

• Commercial skills in MS Office 365.

• Experience in technical support or IT consulting is an advantage.

• Fluent in both German and English.
