Consultant, Senior Consultant

📋 Description

• Engage in stimulating topics or manage sub-projects with direct responsibility to clients.

• Facilitate workshops and undertake presentation and facilitation duties.

• Aid in conceptual development and the investigation of new subject areas.

• Assist in acquisition and proposal processes, contributing to the shaping of consulting deliverables.

• Assume challenging leadership roles (Senior Consultant).

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in strategic management consulting for the Consultant level; 2–4 years for the Senior Consultant level.

• Master’s degree (or Diplom) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering.

• Strong understanding of corporate strategic positioning.

• Significant experience in business analysis and the design of business processes.

• Proven experience in leading sub-projects.

• Good knowledge of project and change management methodologies.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to travel and high mobility.

• Business-fluent in both German and English.
