Consultant SAP HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will encounter exciting and diverse projects in the SAP HCM environment, where you can effectively apply your professional expertise and consulting skills.

• You will design and implement requirements in the SAP HCM field, assisting our clients in developing sustainable solutions.

• As a Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will contribute your SAP HCM and methodological knowledge across various industries in implementation and ongoing projects.

• During SAP HCM implementations and new requirements, you will guide our clients particularly in the analysis, conceptualization, and preparation phases of projects.

• Together with clients and project teams, you will conduct workshops, develop technical and conceptual solutions, and provide advisory services at eye level.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the SAP HCM environment, ideally in consulting, conceptualization, or implementation.

• Fluent German language skills complete your profile, enabling professional communication within the client environment.
