This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals and performance metrics.
• Record activities and relevant issues in the CRM system.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each Pacific Life DCLI option and how to effectively present them to diverse audiences.
• Discover and qualify new sales prospects through targeted calling, emailing, and networking efforts.
• Participate in and present at industry conferences.
• Promote and sell Pacific Life’s suite of DCLI solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed profiles for targeted firm relationships.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with Advisor/Consultant and Recordkeeper Home Offices on a national scale.
• Establish a due diligence meeting process.
• Lead annual review meetings.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Independent Fiduciaries.
• Monitor market trends, solicit feedback from intermediaries, and provide internal insights on emerging trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, investments, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Life and Health insurance license.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or a similar capacity within the defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan markets.
• A strong performance orientation with a focus on achieving sales results.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the capacity to understand complex issues and recognize relationships among business and financial factors.
• Proven consultative selling abilities coupled with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing SalesForce for activity tracking and reporting purposes.
• Recognized for the ability to collaborate respectfully and confidently, communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Self-aware and reflective regarding personal limitations; leads by example and enhances the organization's performance through a commitment to continuous improvement.
• An innovative mindset that encourages breakthrough ideas and business models, creating value for all stakeholders while continually questioning traditional methods.
