This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assists the team in crafting and implementing strategies and frameworks pertinent to the definition of an enterprise-level operating model, organization design at the enterprise level, and both in-function and cross-functional process enhancements.

• Plays a vital role in key deliverables and takes initiative in managing their own work and that of others in alignment with essential timelines.

• Utilizes strategies and frameworks established by the team to influence their own outputs with minimal supervision.

• Capable of generating high-quality, precise drafts of essential documents including project frameworks, project plans, and project analyses.

• Fosters strong professional relationships by actively listening, soliciting input, and appreciating diverse viewpoints.

• Employs analytical skills on ongoing programs and initiatives, recognizing fundamental trends and patterns in data or results.

• Aids the team in actively pinpointing day-to-day challenges and offering practical solutions.

• Communicates in a clear and respectful manner, both in written form and in discussions.

• Approaches interactions with professionalism and confidence, exhibiting self-awareness and respect in team dynamics.

• Welcomes change with a growth-oriented mindset by adjusting to new priorities, accepting feedback, and pursuing opportunities for personal development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders.

• Capability to cultivate trust and drive consensus among diverse and matrixed stakeholder groups.

• Prior experience in a consulting role or in an enterprise-level organizational effectiveness function is preferred.
