This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Assist clients in constructing enterprise technology infrastructures that are scalable, effectively managed, and capable of adapting to technological advancements using Red Hat solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning, development, and adaptation to acquire new skills and technologies.
• Frequently travel (20-30 weeks annually) to collaborate with leading clients in the financial services, retail, telecommunications, and institutional sectors.
• Proven experience delivering implementations as part of a project team based on established architectural designs.
• Ability to effectively contribute to technical projects, including collaborating on project timelines and maintaining both project and technical documentation.
• Skilled in understanding stakeholder requirements and managing expectations regarding project timelines and scope of work.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
• A strong desire to mentor others.
• Basic experience in using and configuring Linux systems, with a foundational understanding of configuration as code, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Valued hands-on experience with Kubernetes on GKE, EKS, or AKS.
• Intermediate technical expertise in one or more virtualization and cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Red Hat Virtualization, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Amazon Web Services (AWS), IBM Cloud, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (YAML, Python, etc.).
• Awareness of the benefits of automation in complex environments.
• Some experience in using or configuring cloud technologies, including container management and/or orchestration.
• Previous exposure to or hands-on experience with OpenShift is advantageous for candidates.
• Possesses an intermediate-level understanding of technologies related to core IT systems and concepts such as infrastructure, networking, storage, and security.
