• Collaborate with large and intricate government organizations to deliver Accela System Administration and System Enhancements.
• Oversee ticket intake and triage from customer inquiries.
• Monitor and manage MAS support tickets.

• Assist in testing service packs and releases.

• Experience in implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform.
• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration.
