Consultant – Managed Application Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with large and intricate government organizations to deliver Accela System Administration and System Enhancements.

• Oversee ticket intake and triage from customer inquiries.

• Monitor and manage MAS support tickets.

• Create, deactivate, or modify user accounts and permissions on the Accela platform.

• Assist in testing service packs and releases.

• Provide proactive advice on client-led testing for significant releases.

• Construct and modify workflows, business rules, and automations.

• Develop and refine fee calculations.

• Implement advanced scripting and automation for existing setups.

• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to articulate technical concepts effectively.

• Strong aptitude for analyzing and resolving complex problems.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

• Experience in implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform.

• Background in IT business analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and system administration.

• Experience in supporting highly technical and complex enterprise information systems.
