• Oversee an assigned caseload while serving as the primary point of coordination for all aspects of international relocation activities on behalf of the Client.
• Exhibit expertise in Cartus products and services during all interactions.
• Administer the CAD report to guarantee compliance with Service Status Maintenance and move milestones.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with both internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
• Manage and update data within Cartus systems to meet Cartus and Client audit standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement regarding services, processes, and policies.
• Recognize, pinpoint, and advocate for chances to increase revenue.
• Engage in special projects as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Prior experience with international relocation or living/working abroad is preferred.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience is necessary.
• Proven ability to be proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills along with comprehensive knowledge of relevant software and systems (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
