Consultant II – Domestic Relocation

📋 Description

• Manage an assigned caseload while providing outstanding customer service to both external and internal clients.

• Serve as the primary coordinator for all stages of relocation activities on behalf of the client, as defined in the contractual agreement. Deliver exceptional customer service to the transferee and their family.

• Display expertise in Cartus' products and services during all interactions with clients and customers. Facilitate and coordinate Cartus' core offerings to assigned clients in accordance with established standards.

• Identify and recognize opportunities for cross-selling based on the needs of transferees to create new revenue streams.

• Ensure data integrity across all Cartus systems.

• Adhere to Cartus' corporate policies, programs, and standards.

• Guarantee that supplier partners execute all essential tasks related to the sale and closing of each property.

• Build and maintain effective working relationships with both Network and Non-Network brokers in executing primary responsibilities.

• Oversee the ordering, review, and analysis of agent-prepared BMAs and property action plans.

• Coordinate the development of agents' property action plans and market updates as required by specific client contracts and programs.

• Act as an impartial real estate subject matter expert and resource for both internal and external clients.

• Keep a current understanding of corporate client policies in managing critical marketing information and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred college degree or equivalent experience.

• More than two years of prior relocation or real estate experience, particularly with home sale closings.

• At least two years of customer service experience.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
