• Acts as the “navigator” for the relocation journey of domestic transferees
• Manages the relocation policy/program
• Advises on the optimal use of resources
• Organizes the transportation of household goods, destination services, and expense management
• Handles an assigned caseload while providing exceptional customer service
• Offers primary coordination for all stages of relocation activities on behalf of the client
• Displays an understanding of Cartus’ products and services in all interactions
• Aligns Cartus’ core products and services with established standards
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities based on the needs of transferees
• Ensures the accuracy of data across all Cartus systems
• Adheres to Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards
• Performs additional duties as assigned
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent
• Experience in customer service within a multitasking, call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in both Japanese and English
• Over one year of experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field
