Consultant – GRC Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist client projects in the selection, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of GRC solutions.

• Engage in solutions related to risk management, internal control systems, compliance, information security, ESG, and internal audits.

• Take charge of the conception, design, and architecture of IT systems.

• Execute and support implementation projects.

• Contribute to effective project management.

• Provide training and ongoing support to clients.

• Actively collaborate with technology partners including SAP, Corporater, ServiceNow, Workiva, and OneTrust.

• Assist in shaping and developing the GRC Technology consulting service portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree focused on IT or substantial experience within the IT industry.

• A strong passion and enthusiasm for software implementation and configuration.

• A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new topics.

• A motivation to work with flexible and complex software solutions.

• Practical programming experience, particularly in Java and SQL.

• Familiarity with databases.

• Experience in (agile) project management methodologies, such as Scrum.

• Authentic presence and outstanding communication skills in both German and English.

• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Strong team orientation, especially in international teams.

• High level of client focus.

• Willingness to travel as necessary to foster and maintain client relationships.
