This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Deliver telephone and chat-based assistance through comprehensive clinical evaluations.
• Direct clients to therapists, counselors, and pertinent wellness resources.
• Execute client evaluations and utilize coaching techniques to create tailored health and wellness plans.
• Adhere to departmental guidelines, industry best practices, and specific client requirements.
• Offer culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful services.
• Employ clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address issues and provide suitable support.
• Clarify available resources, eligibility requirements, and program services to clients.
• Keep accurate and current records of client interactions within the internal database.
• Remain updated on behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Uphold medical confidentiality and adhere to relevant data protection regulations.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree paired with relevant post-graduate experience may be deemed equivalent as recognized by the applicable professional regulatory framework.
• Fulfill all educational and experiential criteria for professional practice eligibility and/or necessary licensure or registration.
• Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence as per national regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
• Preferred: recognized health or wellness coaching credentials or certifications.
• Preferred: experience working in multicultural or international settings.
• Skills in client-centered support, empathy, active listening, and coaching.
• Strong clinical judgment and capability to manage high-risk or crisis situations.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong service orientation.
• Ability to think critically and multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity.
• Capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
• A stable, reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace are required.
• Ability to appear on camera during training, meetings, and work-related events.
• Capability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while using a computer.
