• Acts as the "navigator" throughout the relocation journey for domestic transferees.
• Manages the relocation policy and program effectively.
• Advises on optimal resource utilization.
• Oversees the transportation of household goods, destination services, and expense management.
• Ensures that the needs of both customers and clients are fulfilled promptly and efficiently by delivering Top Block service.
• Maintains a designated caseload while providing exceptional customer service to both external and internal clients.
• Serves as the primary coordinator for all aspects of relocation activities on behalf of the client as stipulated in the contractual agreement.
• Exhibits knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in all engagements with clients and customers.
• Identifies and acknowledges cross-selling opportunities based on transferee requirements to create new revenue streams.
• Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data within all Cartus systems.
• Adheres to Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned, including training, special projects, client presentations, etc.
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service within a multi-tasking, call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive edge.
• Over one year of experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field.
