This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design conversational speech systems utilizing Agentic AI and Natural Language Understanding technologies from AWS and Salesforce to automate customer service.
• Develop the functionalities, user experience, and persona for automated interactions across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions, ideation workshops, and client design meetings.
• Contribute to enterprise customer engagement strategies from both design and customer behavior perspectives.
• Transform high-level business objectives into actionable, clear, and well-structured experience designs for development or implementation teams to utilize in creating solutions.
• Produce client-facing deliverables with a specific emphasis on conversational interaction and experience.
• Analyze interaction data to uncover automation opportunities that provide significant value to our customers, making data-informed recommendations for experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and QA testers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the final product meets the design goals.
• Assist customers in adopting Amazon Connect automation solutions, ensuring effective interactions for end-users and favorable outcomes for NeuraFlash clients.
• Help establish project success criteria and reporting mechanisms.
• Over 3 years of experience in design or business analysis roles.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting.
• Proficient in communicating business or technology processes using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, Gliffy, Draw.io, or similar applications.
• Flexible in using various design tools as needed.
• Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team to create exceptional end-user experiences.
• Comfortable presenting design deliverables to business stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing data to identify user behaviors and inform design choices.
• Eager and capable of learning new technologies (e.g., Amazon Lex, Connect, and Bedrock; Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce; Google Dialogflow).
