This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on-site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs.

• Grasp industry standards along with Red Hat's policies, procedures, and core values.

• Exhibit sound judgment in selecting optimal methods for deriving solutions.

• Deploy and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions, including Red Hat OpenShift and various other offerings.

• Work collaboratively with project and customer teams to achieve timelines and objectives.

• Contribute to project documentation and diagrams, including ticket and bug tracking management.

• Provide mentorship and share expertise with customers.

• Establish and advocate for the implementation of automation techniques and DevOps processes to enhance the cloud life cycle, focusing on infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market.

• Apply solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience directly collaborating with enterprise stakeholders on infrastructure projects.

• More than 2 years of experience with advanced expertise in Red Hat OpenShift or its underlying components such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT automation using Ansible.

• Familiarity with GitOps, including tools like ArgoCD, RHACM, Helm, Git, and Kustomize.

• In-depth knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

• Experience in implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, covering data storage, networking, monitoring, virtualization, and security.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical documentation.

• Capability to study independently, learn rapidly, and apply new concepts effectively.

• A strong passion for open source, software, tools, and automation.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
