This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders utilizing Press Ganey and client data resources to address industry trends and pinpoint areas for improvement and growth.
• Work alongside health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis, interpret data, and design processes.
• Spearhead analysis across Stars measure domains, encompassing CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence, and operational metrics.
• Execute performance trending, cut point and gap analysis, and assess member experience drivers.
• Compile conclusions and formulate recommendations.
• Educate clients on best practices for Stars and member experience as well as process enhancements.
• Coordinate activities, assign tasks, and utilize both internal and client resources effectively.
• Oversee engagement scope, timelines, deliverables, budget, and project outcomes.
• Direct the preparation of client deliverables, which includes data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training sessions, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain successful client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and cultivate strategic working relationships.
• Relay risks and recommendations to project management while influencing client stakeholders.
• Strategically plan, organize, and prioritize project activities using work plans and project management tools.
• Monitor CMS guidelines, rate announcements, and updates to technical specifications, summarizing their implications.
• Facilitate the integration of Stars consulting deliverables with Hyperlift analytics and insights from CAHPS/HOS surveys.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in health plan quality, Star Ratings, and/or experience management.
• Practical exposure to Medicare Advantage.
• Proficiency in one or more areas: HEDIS operations and rate enhancement; CAHPS and member experience improvement; medication adherence and Part D measures; HOS and health outcomes measurement; Medicare Stars and NCQA government programs.
• Demonstrated success in driving quality or experience improvements with health plan stakeholders.
• Experience with Special Needs Plans, including D-SNP, C-SNP, or I-SNP, is highly preferred.
• Proven capability in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analytical skills utilizing Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, or similar tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and swiftly adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
