This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Directly interact with clients on Procurement and Supply Chain projects.

• Enhance efficiency, promote effectiveness, influence spending, and create value within client organizations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on spend analysis, strategic sourcing, forecasting, and consolidation efforts.

• Oversee the governance and performance of a team consisting of 8 to 10 Analysts.

• Evaluate risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Share team objectives, deliverables, and changes in scope.

• Mentor team members and offer initial guidance on procedures and methodologies.

• Tackle increasingly complex challenges and delegate tasks effectively for succession planning.

• Utilize data analytics and storytelling methods to enrich the client experience.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative evaluations to establish TCO and Should Cost models.

• Present insights to key client stakeholders using presentation skills, data analytics, and advanced Excel capabilities.

• Execute supply chain and procurement evaluations.

• Assist in strategic sourcing activities, internal benchmarking, client research, and proposal development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, Procurement, or consulting within a Fortune 1,000 company.

• Advanced skills in financial assessments, data analysis, MS Excel (including pivot tables), chart and graph creation, and MS PowerPoint presentations.

• At least 3 years of experience with Procure-To-Pay platforms (such as Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly desirable.

• Ability to engage confidently with all organizational levels.

• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, adaptable, exhibiting initiative and confidence.

• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), including formal presentation capabilities.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

• Flexible communication style to adapt to the diverse corporate cultures and organizational structures of clients.

• Experience in supply chain and procurement assessments, including interviewing, modeling and analytics, and report writing.

• Strategic sourcing expertise, including scoping, market and supplier research, RFx development, management and evaluation, and negotiation.

• Experience in enhancing technical efficiency with spend assessments and visibility tools.

• Ability to generate spend assessments, set baseline spending, and compute realized savings from sourcing activities.
