This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee the setup, quality assurance, and maintenance of measurement integrations for our clients.
• Act as the main escalation point for intricate operational or partner-related issues, facilitating resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to assist with platform enhancements, troubleshooting, and the launch of new features.
• Analyze performance metrics and operational KPIs to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support for the onboarding and enablement of new partners, products, and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance operational processes, documentation, and training to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy standards, and operational activities across all functions.
• 3-4 years of experience in Advertising Operations, Ad Tech, or Digital Media Operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of programmatic advertising workflows, ad serving, measurement, and the AdTech/MarTech ecosystem.
• Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for identifying root causes and determining paths to resolution.
• Experience working collaboratively across functions with Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative team leader with outstanding interpersonal skills, able to build trust and credibility with partners and stakeholders while promoting effective teamwork across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
