Construction Superintendent – Traveling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee safe, efficient job sites with a strict no-tolerance policy for unsafe practices.

• Supervise all construction activities from the preconstruction phase to project closeout.

• Collaborate with integrated trade teams (MEP + Carpentry) and subcontractors.

• Implement short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and monitor daily production.

• Utilize Creature’s Production System to enhance flow, speed, and quality.

• Perform daily site inspections concentrating on readiness, safety, and quality assurance.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, relevant codes, and healthcare industry standards.

• Lead inspections, manage punch lists, oversee commissioning, and facilitate project turnover.

• Travel frequently to support projects throughout the Southeast and across the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction field leadership.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex or healthcare-related projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction sequencing, codes, and inspection processes.

• Proficiency in interpreting and executing plans and specifications.

• Willingness to travel extensively as required.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
