This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Supervising daily construction operations for U.S. Federal Government Healthcare Construction Projects valued between $10M and $50M.
• Organize and facilitate project coordination meetings (both internal and external).
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Monitor all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with Davis-Bacon wage regulations.
• Act as the main site contact for the Owner’s Representative, Contracting Officer, and on-site government inspectors.
• Prepare and revise three (3) week lookaheads, collaborating with subcontractors to guarantee alignment with project milestones.
• Daily track progress against the baseline schedule, enforce milestone deadlines, and proactively communicate any deviations to the Project Manager.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders in accordance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations).
• Implement and maintain EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and project-specific safety plans following government standards.
• Develop, monitor, and finalize the pre-final and final punch list in line with contract closeout requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in construction supervision, including at least three (3) years managing federal projects under USACE, NAVFAC, VA, GSA, or similar agencies.
• Current certifications are preferred: OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, EM 385-1-1.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check and secure necessary clearances/badging for access to secure government sites.
