This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically create and nurture new customer accounts to enhance revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, oversee a sales pipeline and funnel, and monitor activities using HubSpot.
• Build strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Employ both outside and inside sales methodologies.
• Achieve consistent quarter-over-quarter growth and profitability, exceeding targets.
• Address customer inquiries and sustain engagement through proactive follow-ups.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in skilled trades staffing outside sales is required.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client management within the construction sector.
• Experience in managing an annual sales portfolio of at least $2M is essential.
• Proficient in CRM platforms with the ability to manage detailed client information effectively.
• Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented, possessing excellent problem-solving abilities.
