This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

• Coordinate activities with the primary Project Manager at the main office to ensure project completion within the specified budget and timeline.

• Efficiently manage personnel involved in projects to guarantee adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to confirm compliance with specifications and contractual documents.

• Oversee, validate, and authorize the work of subcontractors in accordance with job specifications.

• Provide daily verbal and written updates to the office-based Project Manager regarding project progress and any delays.

• Consistently follow and enforce Company Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel nationwide, with travel required up to 100% of the time.

• Must possess tools and have dependable transportation to fulfill job requirements.

• Maintain a clean driving record to qualify for insurance coverage through the company agent.

• Working knowledge of commercial construction practices.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a trade or supervisory capacity.

• Demonstrated ability and readiness to manage others effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for the preparation of weekly project reports.

• Capability to work on active construction job sites.

• Ability to stand and walk in construction environments for extended periods.

• Capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
