This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive project schedules incorporating input from project teams.
• Gather project progress updates and revise project status accordingly.
• Conduct impact assessments for possible delays and alterations.
• Collaborate with project management and field teams to establish project objectives and evaluate project status.
• Review schedules to identify duration and logical inconsistencies.
• Capable of managing schedules for multiple projects and/or more intricate, larger-scale initiatives.
• Offer mentorship to junior members of the scheduling team.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Travel may be required based on project demands and location.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in complex construction projects (Heavy Commercial, Data Centers, Industrial, Power Generation, Specialty Contractors, Heavy Civil).
• Understanding of the critical path method for scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in using CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and REVIT is preferred.
• Strongly preferred knowledge of claims prevention and analysis techniques.
• Ability to perform constructability reviews for various construction methods/techniques during design or construction phases.
