Construction Schedule Manager, P6 Schedules

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of comprehensive project schedules incorporating input from project teams.

• Gather project progress data and update the project's status accordingly.

• Conduct impact analysis for any potential delays and modifications.

• Collaborate with project management and field teams to establish project objectives and evaluate project status.

• Review schedules to identify duration and logical discrepancies.

• Capable of managing schedules for multiple projects and/or more intricate, larger-scale projects.

• Mentor less experienced members of the scheduling team.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Travel may be required based on project needs and locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex construction (Heavy Commercial, Data Centers, Industrial, Power Generation, Specialty Contractors, Heavy Civil).

• Proficient understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling.

• Experience with CPM Primavera P6 scheduling software is essential.

• Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and REVIT is preferred.

• Knowledge of claims prevention and analysis techniques is strongly preferred.

• Ability to perform constructability reviews for various construction methods/techniques during design or construction phases.
