This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Assisting project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to construction and final closeout, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensuring project documentation and files are maintained in accordance with JLL and Client requirements, and facilitating audits at the time of project closeout.
• Efficiently navigating and executing tasks across various systems and platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency among procurement, financial, document management, and project tracking systems.
• Managing purchase orders, change orders, and budget approvals while meticulously maintaining project documentation and organizing essential files to support effective project execution.
• Collaborating with vendors and assisting Project Managers with vendor management tasks, acting as a liaison to ensure timely responses and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in construction management or real estate management, specifically in project administration, coordination, or accounting support roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, with the ability to utilize these tools for reporting, collaboration, and presentations.
• A demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a matrixed corporate environment, managing multiple projects at once while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information succinctly and professionally to executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
• Proficiency in navigating and working efficiently across multiple technology platforms and systems simultaneously, with a strong aptitude for learning new software applications.
