Construction Project Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Developing and overseeing construction timelines for data center initiatives utilizing Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.

• Employing estimation tools to assess material quantities and labor requirements for project implementation.

• Crafting Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), defining tasks, assigning resources, and establishing activity codes to clarify project scopes.

• Analyzing critical paths, resource needs, and project slack to guarantee timely delivery and optimal resource use.

• Producing Gantt charts, resource allocation charts, and other vital reports for project stakeholders.

• Collaborating with BIM teams to merge project schedules with the Revit BIM model, aiding in the development of 4D BIM schedules and construction simulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or construction.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at B1 level or higher.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction sector managing intricate construction projects with significant electrical and/or mechanical components; projects may include commercial, industrial, transportation, or utilities.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.

• Strong expertise in Revit is mandatory.

• Experience with MS Access is beneficial.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and initiate actions independently.

• Keen attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convey technical knowledge in a clear and comprehensible manner.
