This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee active project timelines and compare scheduled milestones with actual field progress.
• Evaluate schedule impacts when delays occur and promptly communicate updated expectations.
• Retrieve missing information from superintendents, vendors, and stakeholders proactively.
• Address unclear project status updates before they escalate into larger scheduling challenges.
• Utilize JobTread as the primary and most precise project management system.
• Update incomplete, outdated, or conflicting information as soon as discrepancies are discovered.
• Verify and reconcile differences between field activities and system records.
• Ensure that budgets, schedules, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation accurately reflect current job site conditions.
• Serve as the communication link between Project Managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Clarify inconsistent reports by engaging directly with the involved parties.
• Close information gaps when updates are delayed, incomplete, or unclear.
• Escalate issues only when coordination efforts are unable to resolve them operationally.
• Proactively communicate with vendors regarding deliveries, lead times, and constraints.
• Consistently follow up on pending deliveries and schedule commitments.
• Coordinate material arrivals with actual site readiness.
• Minimize disruptions caused by delivery timing conflicts or logistical delays.
• Monitor permits and approvals from submission to final issuance.
• Follow up with agencies and stakeholders to obtain status updates.
• Maintain organized compliance records and supporting documentation.
• Identify and communicate risks when approval delays could affect project schedules.
• Prepare project progress reports using current field information.
• Resolve documentation gaps to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Keep organized records, including safety documentation, equipment logs, and project files.
• Update master schedules as project conditions change.
• Identify variances between planned activities and actual site progress.
• Prevent scheduling conflicts from causing downstream operational impacts.
• Prior experience in Construction Project Management, Project Coordination, or Construction Operations.
• Strong grasp of construction sequencing and project lifecycle execution.
• Ability to review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Proven capability to resolve coordination issues independently.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Able to make timely operational decisions without excessive reliance on approvals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Candidates who need highly structured daily task lists are unlikely to thrive in this role.
