This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.
• Provide support for projects from Contract to Completion.
• Oversee project resources, timelines, finances, documentation, quality assurance, and safety throughout all project phases.
• Utilize BuilderTrend to monitor project advancements, manage documentation, enhance communication, and deliver status reports.
• Address project issues, risks, and change requests to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Ensure deliverables align with quality, time, and budget constraints while optimizing customer satisfaction.
• Set and enforce safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and manage direct reports.
• Lead or assist in defining scopes of work, roles and responsibilities, and proposals for larger projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and document management from Contract to Completion.
• Foster and inspire project teams to achieve objectives and milestones.
• Monitor and report on project outcomes and metrics.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor project support personnel, including project managers, superintendents, and administrative staff.
• Source subcontractors and suppliers to fulfill project goals, timelines, and financial plans.
• Chair project team meetings and manage daily project tasks and resources.
• Communicate project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to regional leadership.
• Apply financial and operational insights to align solutions with client objectives, best practices, and company risk management standards.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and manage project changes.
• Conduct safety tailgate meetings during various project phases or shifts.
• Confirm that job-site activities comply with OSHA and company safety regulations.
• Travel regionally to job sites approximately 50% of the time.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction-related roles.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and decisive, with the ability to adapt to changes and competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software.
• Strong team-building capabilities with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience working independently as well as in collaborative, team-oriented settings.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven understanding of safety concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Highly organized with outstanding customer service skills.
• Negotiation skills with clients and vendors/subcontractors.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
• Experience supervising the work of others.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Candidates must reside in the Maryland/Virginia region.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana, for this safety-sensitive position.
• Physical capacity to engage in sustained activities; stand and walk for extended durations; bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, balance, climb stairs and ladders; operate construction personnel hoists; navigate uneven or unfinished terrains; handle tools, equipment, and materials; and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors, at elevated heights, and under varying weather, noise, odor, dust, or fume conditions.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or provide emergency on-call support as required for operations.
