This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Independently oversee small to medium-scale projects ranging from $250K to $1M from initiation to closeout.
• Create project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Procure and supervise general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors through a competitive bidding process.
• Lead project meetings including kickoffs, weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, and closeouts.
• Develop and manage project budgets while monitoring costs in real-time.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Keep organized project files containing contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, inspections, and closeout documentation.
• Engage in structured coaching sessions with senior project managers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in project management, construction management, or owner's representation.
• Demonstrated experience in managing small to medium-scale projects, typically in the range of $250K to $1M or involving multi-trade scopes.
• Strong financial skills, including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar platforms.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25% within the account portfolio.
