Construction Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the construction and development of facilities at service stations.

• Advocate for Circle K Germany’s interests throughout all phases of the projects.

• Supervise a variety of construction endeavors, including new motorway service areas, complete service station complexes, shop renovations, and renewable energy initiatives.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and stay within financial constraints.

• Collaborate closely with site partners, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Attend construction meetings and conduct site acceptance evaluations.

• Manage tendering processes and contract negotiations in partnership with the Procurement team.

• Ensure adherence to all safety and legal standards on-site.

• Review and authorize invoices in SAP / Ariba.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Familiarity with public and private construction law, environmental regulations, and applicable statutes.

• Experience in shopfitting, e-mobility, or charging infrastructure is a plus.

• Passion for leading complex construction projects.

• Readiness to assume responsibility and propel initiatives forward.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to work.

• Proficient in English, with good to very good language skills.

• Competent in MS Office applications.

• Experience with SAP / Ariba is preferred.
