This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee project timelines, contractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules
• Liaise with subcontractors and third parties to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Manage adjustments to schedules and communicate relevant updates
• Transform site updates and voice memos into emails, actionable items, and task lists
• Provide assistance with inbox management and daily communications
• Keep project records and operational documentation organized
• Contribute to the enhancement of systems and operational processes
• Prior experience in supporting residential construction projects in Australia
• Background in construction administration, project coordination, operations, or executive support
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Comfortable interacting with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Capable of working autonomously and taking responsibility for results
