• Supervise, manage, and aid all on-site construction and radar installation tasks at designated RSR locations.
• Lead and coordinate radar installation crews and subcontractors to guarantee that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and in line with approved plans and specifications.
• Act as the main on-site liaison for construction activities with FAA facility representatives, engineering teams, and program leadership.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including FAA site safety protocols and contractor safety plans.
• Synchronize construction efforts with system engineering, logistics, and program control teams to ensure alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Track construction progress, identify challenges or risks, and execute corrective measures to minimize impacts on the schedule.
• Evaluate construction work for quality and completeness, ensuring installations fulfill technical, contractual, and acceptance standards.
• Assist in site readiness activities, including site surveys, construction planning, and pre-installation coordination.
• Record construction progress, issues, and resolutions through daily reports, field logs, and status updates.
• Aid in installation testing, commissioning, and system acceptance processes, addressing construction-related discrepancies as needed.
• Over 5 years of experience in construction management or field supervision for large-scale technical or infrastructure deployment projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors at active construction or technical sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, site plans, and technical installation documentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to coordinate effectively among field teams, engineers, and customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, field-based environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to FAA sites across the nation.
• US Citizenship is required to successfully complete a government investigation.
