This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote adherence to all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of various wind turbine service and maintenance projects, including the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel resources.
• Lead, train, mentor, and manage technician teams while ensuring work meets specified standards.
• Collaborate on-site with teams to supervise project execution and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Work closely with front-line leaders to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain efficient project workflows.
• Plan workload activities and schedules for the upcoming 1 to 3 months.
• Communicate daily with customers by providing End of Day (EOD) and Plan of Day (POD) reports.
• Track progress and ensure that project objectives and quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct and present performance reviews for field technicians.
• Engage in on-site field assessments to evaluate processes and implement necessary changes.
• Oversee weekly timesheets for field technicians.
• Manage the flow of documents and communications to ensure timely completion and delivery to the appropriate parties.
• Develop procedures, work plans, and technical documentation.
• Undertake special projects and perform all other duties as assigned or requested to support the organization.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in wind energy or construction management.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others, fostering teamwork and resolving conflicts.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
