This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consistent updates regarding project progress, contract evaluations, drawing approvals, and delivery/installation timelines.

• Facilitate any changes initiated by the customer in collaboration with internal teams, evaluating their impact on costs and schedules, and issuing change orders as necessary.

• Ensure all Red Dot deliverables are accurate and in line with the project scope and contractual requirements prior to submission to the client.

• Offer technical information and support to both external and internal stakeholders.

• Proactively investigate and resolve issues encountered in the field, documenting solutions and completing necessary problem reports.

• Create and manage internal timelines to fulfill project demands and meet deadlines.

• Support the accounting department with invoicing by establishing the monthly schedule of values.

• Negotiate, recruit, and oversee subcontractors for various project phases.

• Administer change orders, participate in job site meetings, and ensure effective communication throughout the project's duration.

• Supervise the final closeout process, ensuring all project criteria are satisfied and the customer is left content.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, along with 6-8 years of pertinent industry experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction, with a preference for individuals knowledgeable about metal buildings.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

• Willing to travel to job sites as necessary to review and address project challenges, including overnight stays when required.

• Strong capability to manage urgent requests and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with significant self-discipline and the capacity to make informed decisions.

• Ability to maintain professional communication with customers, even in high-pressure or challenging situations.
