This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering regular updates on project progress, contract evaluations, drawing approvals, and delivery/installation timelines.

• Manage any changes initiated by customers in collaboration with internal teams, evaluating their impact on costs and schedules, and generating change orders as necessary.

• Ensure all Red Dot deliverables are accurate and compliant with the project scope and contractual commitments prior to client submission.

• Offer technical information and assistance to both external clients and internal teams.

• Promptly investigate and address field-related concerns, documenting solutions and completing issue reports when needed.

• Create and oversee internal schedules to fulfill project specifications and deadlines.

• Support the accounting team with invoicing by establishing the monthly schedule of values.

• Negotiate, recruit, and supervise subcontractors for different stages of the project.

• Handle change orders, participate in job site meetings, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage the final closeout process, confirming that all project requirements are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is achieved.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline, along with 6-8 years of pertinent industry experience (or a suitable combination of education and experience).

• Demonstrated experience in commercial construction, with a preference for candidates familiar with metal buildings.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.

• Willingness to travel to job sites as required to assess and address project issues, including overnight stays when necessary.

• Strong capability to manage urgent requests and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong self-discipline and the capacity to make sound decisions in critical situations.

• Able to communicate professionally with clients, even in high-pressure or challenging circumstances.
