This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Become an expert in the Fieldwire product and acquire best practices for configuring and utilizing the platform.

• Comprehend client construction requirements and their existing technology stack to ensure seamless integration of Fieldwire into daily workflows.

• Oversee a portfolio of customers, both new and existing, to enhance their usage and processes related to Fieldwire.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Fieldwire clients.

• Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations to educate clients on Fieldwire.

• Collaborate with the product team to identify issues and relay customer feedback for product enhancements.

• Perform troubleshooting as needed to provide solutions to product inquiries and resolve technical challenges.

• Occasionally travel to client offices for important meetings and training sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction, ideally with a mix of field and office management roles.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Self-driven and highly organized, with effective time management skills.

• Display diplomacy and patience when addressing customer concerns.

• Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels, from foremen to senior managers.

• A comprehensive understanding of the construction process from design through to completion.

• Knowledge of how various stakeholders in a construction project interact and collaborate to achieve a successful schedule and budget.

• Capability to creatively devise unique solutions to address client-specific issues.
