This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to final close-out.
• Organize resources, schedules, safety protocols, permits, and necessary documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure that project milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients.
• Provide daily updates and actively participate in key meetings to ensure alignment.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation processes.
• Monitor expenses, handle purchase orders, and guarantee accurate billing.
• Identify, onboard, and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Define scopes of work, oversee bidding procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage the procurement and logistics of materials and equipment.
• Advocate for company processes and uphold quality standards.
• Supervise field teams, conduct quality control, and implement enhancements.
• Ensure subcontractors comprehend technical solutions and align with company expectations.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction management.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management software.
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.
• Competence in operating specialized power tools including saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.
• Experience in running control wire according to best practices.
• Proficient in using an electrical meter to check conductivity and measure voltage.
• Capable of using a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc.; Preferred: Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc.)
• PMP or an equivalent certification is required.
• Experience in HVAC and mechanical systems.
