This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create evaluation techniques to steer assessments of operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and establish KPIs to direct performance enhancement.
• Deliver accurate and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project proposals, contracts, financials, and ensure profitability.
• Act as the escalation point and manage escalations to corporate management.
• Cultivate strong relationships with regional and corporate customer personnel.
• Organize and lead monthly/quarterly presentations for clients.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers.
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team.
• Assist in budget planning and manage overhead costs.
• Identify improvement areas and suggest growth strategies.
• Promptly address issues related to customer and employee satisfaction.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
• Prioritize communications and collaborations for the program.
• Coordinate with corporate partners to achieve objectives and ensure legal compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with manufacturers and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with and support Project Managers in meeting deliverables and providing staff assistance.
• This role will necessitate 30-40% travel, as determined by E2 and/or the customer(s).
• A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or Construction.
• Relevant work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• RCDD certification is preferred.
• BICSI Technician certification is preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification is required; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• 7 - 10 years of experience in telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in the construction/telecommunications/data center industry with a solid background in various technology aspects.
• Proven experience in program management, leadership, scheduling, cost control, and risk and opportunity management.
• Comprehensive understanding of hyperscale engineering requirements, including data center design, construction and operations, infrastructure installations, and quality and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated project management experience with expertise in budget, safety, and quality management.
• A commitment to fostering an environment focused on world-class client engagement, transparency, and collaboration.
• Experience in security, audio-visual, videoconferencing, and wireless communications is preferred.
