Construction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage all phases of various construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Analyze project updates and progress reports, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators are being met.

• Collaborate with stakeholders—including internal senior leaders, operations teams, contractors, engineers, architects, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

• Deliver clear and concise updates while promoting effective decision-making.

• Supervise general contractors, engineers, architects, and vendors to ensure construction projects meet contractual obligations.

• Evaluate project performance using Key Performance Indicators related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in construction and project management.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Alternatively: High School diploma/GED combined with relevant experience or over 4 years of US military service.
