Construction Licensing and Compliance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional licensing assistance to the organization and its subsidiaries, ensuring that all necessary professional licenses are secured and maintained in good standing.

• Guarantee the timely and accurate fulfillment of licensing obligations for Corporate and all Brands, which includes the preparation and submission of license applications.

• Initiate applications for new licenses at both state and local levels as required.

• Dispatch and upload Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to licensing offices, local authorities, and Brand Markets.

• Support company Brands with the COI platform functionalities.

• Address inquiries from company personnel concerning licensing requirements.

• Keep abreast of current corporate, state, and federal licensing regulations.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of licensing documents.

• Provide administrative assistance to the VP of Compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in license management, regulatory compliance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Familiarity with contractor licensing and permitting procedures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Understanding of Certificate of Insurance protocols and procedures.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Experience in a dynamic work environment with shifting priorities and objectives.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

• Capable of multitasking and resolving problems effectively.

• Proven ability to collaborate well within a team as well as independently.

• Demonstrated capacity to adapt to new information, conduct research, and apply acquired knowledge.

• Competence in following instructions and accurately completing detailed forms.

• Strong analytical skills and a meticulous, detail-oriented mindset; a high degree of accuracy is essential.
